About AgenticHQ
Help with the work your team repeats every day.
AgenticHQ builds AI agents, software assistants that help teams with repeat tasks. We focus on work moving between email, customer records, tickets, and other tools. Founder Ralph Jonas brings the same care to this work that he uses in his own software projects.
Founder
Ralph Jonas founded AgenticHQ. His day-to-day work includes building software, managing data, and fixing problems when connected systems fail.
He uses AI assistants for routine coding tasks and makes the important decisions himself. More about him is at ralphjonas.com.
How we keep you in control
Ralph gives each AI assistant one written task and works on each change separately through herdr, a tool he uses to manage his software work. He reviews every change before it becomes part of a project.
We use the same approach for your team. Each assistant has a clear task. A person approves important actions. You can switch the assistant off, and someone is responsible when something needs attention.
Ralph's writing
Ralph writes for developers about how he uses AI in his own work. His articles include examples from his setup. Start here:
- How to Deslop: Slop is a review problem, not a generation problem. A repeatable pass for removing AI defaults from your writing and code, with before-and-after examples.
- Agentic Engineering Is Not Vibe Coding: Same tools, different job. Why Karpathy retired vibe coding, what the March CVE numbers indict, and what a disciplined multi-agent setup looks like.
- How to Become AI-Native: 5 Levels for Developers: A practical five-level framework for moving from occasional AI assistance to durable, AI-native developer workflows built around context and judgment.

What we build
We build AI assistants that help with requests, customer records, and follow-ups. We also connect tools so repeat tasks move along with less copying, and help assistants answer from your documents.
How working with us goes
First, we look at the task and the tools your team uses. Then we make a working example. If it fits, we try it on a small amount of real work. A person approves important actions, and we check the results before letting it do more.
The under-14-day window from working example to small trial is a target for a clearly defined task, not a promise. The time depends on the tools and information involved.
Tell us what takes too much time
Tell us about one task your team repeats, especially one that moves between tools or often loses context. We will help you decide if an assistant would help.
We reply within one business day with next steps.
